TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

AHA!:
This is an easy to make hot breakfast entree that is nutrient dense to get me going on a cold morning.

Variation:
Prepare as directed, using dried cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Nutrition Bonus:
Warm up on a cool morning with this hearty entree. The Grape-Nuts are a good source of both fiber and iron and the bright orange apricots add a splash of color along with an excellent source of vitamin A.
