Spoonable Raspberry Freeze
Hot summer days require cool, fruity treats.
TOTAL TIME: 5 MAKES: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 containers (6 oz. each) raspberry nonfat yogurt
3 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/3 cup fat-free milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal
DIRECTIONS
PLACE yogurt, raspberries, milk and vanilla in blender; cover. BLEND on high speed until smooth. Pour into four glasses. TOP each serving with 2 Tbsp. of the cereal. Serve immediately.
TIPS & SUGGESTIONS
Special Extra:
Garnish each serving with a dollop of thawed whipped topping.
Make Ahead:
Blend as directed but do not top with cereal. Pour into pitcher; refrigerate up to 1 hour. When ready to serve, pour into four glasses and top with cereal as directed.
